Exercise Program

Here's an exercise program you may want participate in just with Susan and Ben Riding (starting it Monday July 27, 2020)
Obviously choose any start date, e.g. when it is cooler...). The idea is to do these in order – three 20-minute aerobic exercises per week. Schedule them on your calendar.  (see Rules at the bottom). Best done with an Exercise Buddy or Spousal Unit.
